Hello!

I’m Minju, an audio producer, sound designer and lifelong gamer based in Chicago. Thanks for your interest in my work!

I’ve honed my craft through my years of experience as an award-winning audio journalist working on podcasts and broadcast radio projects for LAist Studios, Marketplace, PRX and WBEZ Chicago. I’m excited to bring my ear for creative audio solutions and acumen for project management to your next big idea!

As an audio storyteller at heart, my goal is to bring ideas to life through creative uses of sound. This includes utilizing an array of skills within my technical toolbelt, including designing immersive soundscapes, composing and scoring with musical pieces and recording custom foley sound effects.

Currently, I live in Chicago, where I grew up. I’ve also lived in Seoul, South Korea; Nashville, Tennessee; and Great Neck, New York. I’m an alum of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I studied journalism and public relations.
